Choose your memorial style

Upright

This monument style is more dramatic in its presence, making more of a statement. These are usually made of two-pieces, a base and the monument it’s attached too. With plenty of room for detail and customization, you can personalize the marker to really encapsulate the essence of your loved one.

Slant

A slant marker typically stands 16 inches or higher from the ground. With the back of the stone a straight vertical and the front slanted at a 45-degree angle, this monument style displays your loved one’s details in a way that’s easy to see (especially from a distance) and much more visible than if it were flush with the ground.

Bevel

If you want your loved one to have a monument that’s simple and clean while still feeling substantive the bevel style can be a good option. Typically not very high above the ground this monument can have a slight slant to it with the back being slightly higher than the front.

Flat

These grave markers are placed flush with the ground to almost be one with the earth around them. For a peaceful, clean, and unobtrusive monument to your loved one this style can be a good option. Sometimes called grass markers, these flat monuments can be set flush to the ground or raised.

FAQ’s

How much does a memorial cost?
One of the first questions people have when it comes to a headstone, grave marker, or memorial is how much will it cost? Unfortunately, there’s so many factors like the quality of material that’s used (type and color), size, design, shape, any personalization or custom artwork, the location it will be installed etc. that make us unable to give you an immediate answer. However, we will work with you to create a headstone in your budget.
How long does it take?

On average, a memorial that’s in-stock will take about 6-8 weeks to build. A custom memorial will take longer. If you’re wanting a memorial made in Bronze that takes about 8-12 weeks.

What additional items can be added to a memorial?
We have many options for items that can be added to a monument. From vases, votive lamps, portraits, hero medallions, statues, and more there’s plenty to choose from.
How do I clean a memorial?

Firstly, you’ll want to determine the material of your memorial. Most marble memorials are white with dark veining. Most granite memorials are either gray, red, pink, or black.

For marble: mix bleach with water in a 3:1 ratio and evenly apply to the monument. Let it soak and then rinse thoroughly with water.

For granite: clean with 409 and any scrub bush that’s safe for use on Teflon pans. Rinse with water.

Should your loved one’s memorial need restoring, repaired, or is no longer readable we can help with a restoration.
